QA / UAT Tester

We’re looking for an experienced QA tester to validate a production-ready telemedicine platform before launch. This is acceptance and user-flow testing, not a greenfield test build: you’ll work from defined scope and acceptance criteria and confirm the full patient and clinician journey works correctly, securely, and consistently. What you’ll test - End-to-end journeys in staging: registration → identity verification → consent → treatment intake → booking/payment → video consultation → clinician review → clinical decision/status on the patient side - Patient and clinician web portals (desktop, tablet, mobile browser) - UK and Germany configurations (language, country-specific flows where applicable) - Access control: patients see only their own data; clinicians only see authorised records - Notifications (email/SMS where enabled): booking confirmation, reminders, key journey events - Edge cases: booking changes, cancellations, eligibility blocks, consent gates, failed paths handled safely - Basic audit/compliance behaviour: critical actions are recorded; sensitive flows behave as specified What we need from you - Strong manual QA / UAT experience on complex, multi-step products - Comfortable writing clear bug reports with steps, expected vs actual, severity, and screenshots/recordings - Experience testing authenticated user flows, payments (Stripe test mode), and third-party integrations (ID verification, video) - Attention to detail on copy, state, and permissions — small mistakes matter in healthcare products - Ability to follow a structured test plan and also explore beyond it To apply Send a short note on: - Products you’ve UAT’d end-to-end (ideally regulated or multi-role) - How you approach healthcare-style testing (consent, access control, audit)
