We're looking for talented UGC content creators to produce scroll-stopping video content for our paid social campaigns About the role - This is a remote, contract position to start, but we're genuinely looking to build long-term relationships with creators who get our brand and grow with us. - Our content is built primarily for paid ads, so everything follows the AIDA framework — grab attention, hold interest, build desire, and drive the viewer to act (click and buy). A secondary home for this content is our organic Instagram feed. What you'll create We work across a range of formats, including: -Short reels (8–20 seconds) -Scripted videos (~60 seconds, script provided) -Quick, trend-driven clips -Fashion-forward styling videos -High-production hero pieces -Product walkthroughs -Comparison and price-comparison videos -Plus your own concepts — if you have an idea you think fits the brand and will perform, we want to hear it Who we're looking for -Proven UGC experience, ideally with performance/paid-ad content (a portfolio or reel is a must) -A strong eye for our aesthetic: vintage-inspired, elevated, men's-fashion-aware -Comfortable working remotely and independently -Reliable, communicative, and excited about a long-term creative partnership We will either send you product or give it to you in person, depending on your location.
