we're lighthouse, a neighborhood community app launching in Chicago 🏙️ we're signing a few creators to a monthly content deal: 🎥 30 short videos a month (1 a day) — 15–30 seconds, phone-shot. you'll run a dedicated tiktok or IG account for this (we help set it up). we send the brief, the hooks, and examples. you film and post. 💸 pay: $450/month guaranteed + $1 per 1,000 views your posts get in their first 30 days, capped at $450/month in bonus. so 450k total views = $900 for the month 📈 short deliveries pro-rate ($15/video). you'll also join our creator cohort chat — small group, we share what's working, winning hooks, view data 🤝 we get rights to run the best ones as ads. month-to- month, renewed on performance.
