VFX Artist Needed to Remove Photographer From Wedding First-Dance Video

I have a 3-minute, 54-second video of my wedding first dance. It is the only video we have, but our photographer repeatedly walks through the frame and sometimes passes directly in front of my husband and me. I am looking for an experienced VFX cleanup and compositing artist to remove the photographer wherever reasonably possible while preserving our original movement, faces, bodies, background, video quality, and audio. The camera is mostly stationary, and clean views of the background are available in other frames. I understand that portions where the photographer fully blocks us may require rotoscoping, clean-plate compositing, background reconstruction, subtle reframing, carefully placed transitions, or another natural-looking solution. Natural and stable results are more important to me than attempting to remove her from every frame if doing so would create obvious AI distortion, flickering, or unnatural changes to our appearance. My anticipated budget is $250–$400 as a fixed-price project, although I am open to reviewing a higher quote if the complexity of the footage genuinely requires significantly more manual VFX work.
