Video Ads Editor – eCommerce / DTC Brands

We're a hypergrowth eCommerce company behind 8-figure brands in skincare and health & wellness. We move fast, test constantly, and need creatives that can keep up. We're looking for a full-time Video Ads Editor who knows how to make people stop scrolling, and who can produce high-quality, conversion-focused content at speed, with AI tools as a core part of their workflow. What you'll do: 1. Create highly engaging, scroll-stopping UGC video ads for our eCommerce brands 2. Identify angles and pain points to market products effectively 3. Source footage, AI avatars, and voiceovers independently using AI tools (HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Higgsfield, Storyblocks, etc.) 4. Deliver a minimum of 2 finished 1-minute video ads per day, including revisions 5. Adapt quickly based on feedback from our Creative Director and Media Buyer MUST have 1. Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects 2. Experienced in eCommerce and Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram & TikTok), you understand what makes a creative perform on paid social 3. Strong understanding of UGC ad formats and direct-response marketing 4. You actively use AI tools, and know how to produce realistic AI-generated video content without needing training on them We expect at least 2 completed 1-minute video ads per day (including revision rounds).
