Video Editing Help Needed

Looking for a short-form video editor to handle the FINISHING TOUCHES on TikTok and Reels content for a U.S.-based lifestyle creator. I'll deliver: a rough CapCut project file with script, voiceover, rough cut, and selected b-roll already in place. You'll handle: captions (timing + styling), font choices per the brand guide, music levels, color polish, smooth transitions, sound effects, additional creative touches and final 9:16 export. Volume: 4 videos per week (16/month). 24–48 hour turnaround each. Pay: $15 per finished video, paid via Upwork milestones on delivery. Software required: CapCut (free version is fine). Must be comfortable working from someone else's project file, not just from scratch. Style: voiceover-driven, conversational, Chicago lifestyle/food. References sent on hire. Trial: First $20 is a paid test on one video. If we're a fit, we'll move to a 30-day engagement with weekly milestones. Long-term ongoing work for the right person.
