Summary

The Opportunity We host live webinars on multiple platforms and ongoing social video needs across all channels. We need a reliable video editor who can take raw footage and turn it into polished clips, repurposed content, and social-ready assets, quickly and consistently. What You Will Be Working On Webinar Clip Editing • Audiogram-style clips with captions for social distribution • Intro/outro graphics applied to clips using our brand templates • Full episode cleanup edits (trim dead air, intros, technical issues) for YouTube uploads • Chapter markers and thumbnails for YouTube Live Video Series • Clean master edit for YouTube (intro/outro, lower thirds, branded graphics) • 3–5 short clips per episode for social media • Captions and subtitles on all deliverables • Episode audiograms / quote cards for LinkedIn and Instagram Social Media Video Content • Vertical Reels and TikTok-style cuts from longer content (9:16 format) • Horizontal clips for LinkedIn and Facebook (16:9) • Animated text overlays and motion graphics on brand • B-roll sourcing or creation to complement talking-head footage Ongoing Repurposing Pipeline • Take webinar recordings and turn them into a multi-week clip schedule • Work from a content calendar, we will provide context, you execute • Suggest additional clip angles or moments we may have missed • Video creation from provided scripts Required Skills & Tools Must Have • Opus Clip for AI-powered clip selection and short-form generation from long-form video • Canva for branded graphics, thumbnails, lower thirds, and social templates • Strong understanding of short-form video formats: Reels, LinkedIn video, YouTube Shorts • Caption and subtitle creation (burned-in or SRT file output) • Experience editing webinar or talking-head content • Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across deliverables • Fast turnaround. We operate on a consistent posting schedule and need reliable delivery windows Strongly Preferred • Descript for transcript-based editing and audiogram creation • Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro • CapCut for quick social-first edits • Runway, Pika, or similar AI video tools for B-roll generation or enhancement • Riverside.fm familiarity, our live series is recorded and produced through this platform • Experience creating YouTube channel assets (thumbnails, end cards, chapter markers) • Motion graphics experience (even basic After Effects or Canva animations) Nice to Have • Experience in financial services, B2B lending, real estate, or mortgage content • Familiarity with LinkedIn native video best practices • Podcast or audio editing (some episodes may be repurposed as audio content) • Any other AI-assisted video or audio tools; the more the better What We Provide • Raw Riverside.fm recordings for all live episodes • Brand guidelines, Canva templates, and visual assets • Content calendar and clip direction for each episode • Direct communication with our marketing team for feedback and revisions • Consistent ongoing work as the series and content pipeline grow What We Are Looking For in a Proposal Please include the following in your application: • 2–3 examples of webinar or long-form video you have clipped and repurposed for social • At least one example showing use of Opus Clip or a comparable AI clip tool • Your typical turnaround time for a 60-minute webinar edited down to 5 social clips • Your hourly rate or project rate structure • Any tools beyond what is listed above that you regularly use for video editing and repurposing Proposals without portfolio samples will not be considered. Additional Context We are a lean marketing team at a fast-moving fintech company. We do not need a full production agency, we need someone sharp, self-directed, and tool-savvy who can plug into our workflow and turn raw footage into content that drives real engagement.
