AI Video Ad Editor — VSL + UGC/Cartoon Concepts — Beauty DTC (Long-term)

ABOUT We're a fast-growing DTC beauty/skincare brand scaling paid social hard. We're building an in-house creative team and need a long-term, AI-native video editor to help us ship at high volume. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Edit direct-response video ads for Meta: VSLs (our main format), UGC-style, cartoon/animated, music-driven, and product-animation concepts * Work with AI-generated b-roll and assets — we provide the script, voiceover, and a clear brief for every concept * Build a winning concept, then iterate fast: multiple variants per winner (hook swaps, cut-downs 15/30/60s, 9:16 + 1:1) * Bake clean captions, sound design / music sync, color, and pacing built for retention WHO WE WANT * A portfolio of AI-driven ads you've edited (cartoon, UGC AI, product-animated, AI b-roll) * Prior experience editing for real brands (not just personal projects) * Genuine VSL experience — long-form retention editing, not only 15s clips * Skincare/beauty experience is a big plus * Ability to generate your own AI assets (Veo / Kling / Higgsfield / Midjourney / Runway) is a plus — not required * Reliable, hits deadlines, comfortable with consistent volume WHAT WE OFFER * Long-term, stable work with consistent weekly volume (ongoing, not a one-off) * Paid trial → 2 weeks working trial → ongoing retainer → path to a lead editor role as we scale * Clear briefs, scripts and assets for every concept — you focus on the edit * Performance bonuses on winning ads HOW WE WORK Clear brief, script and assets for every concept, plus fast feedback on your cuts so you're never stuck.
