Video Editor for Founder, Startup, and Marketing Content

We're looking for a video editor who can help us produce high-quality content across social media, marketing, events, and startup-related content. This is not a role where you'll simply cut clips and add captions. We need someone who understands pacing, storytelling, hooks, audience retention, and how to make content engaging. Most of the content will include founder interviews, event footage, startup and investor content, podcasts, social clips, educational videos, and marketing assets. You'll work directly with our team to turn raw footage into content that people actually want to watch. We're looking for someone who: Has strong experience editing short-form and long-form content Understands modern editing styles used on LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Can identify strong moments and create clips from longer conversations Knows how to use motion graphics, text, transitions, and visual elements when they improve the content Can work quickly without sacrificing quality Communicates clearly and takes feedback well When applying, please include: Examples of content you've edited The type of content you enjoy editing most The tools you use Your typical turnaround time We're looking for a long-term partner, not someone to complete a single project.
