Video Editor for Reels and Shorts

Hi, I’m looking for a video editor for The Steelhouse, a welding, fabrication and workshop content brand. I create different types of short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok and Facebook. The content can be: vlog-style videos from events, workshops and trips action videos of welding, grinding, lifting, building and using tools product videos for brands and companies educational videos where I explain welding, fabrication or workshop techniques satisfying workshop/process videos short interviews or behind-the-scenes videos with companies and people in the industry The style I’m looking for is raw, technical, clean, powerful and professional. Not too flashy, not over-edited, but still modern and engaging. The most important things are: strong hook in the first 2–3 seconds good pacing and storytelling clean English captions use of real workshop sounds when possible technical details must stay correct the video should feel authentic, not fake or too commercial the viewer should understand what is happening, even without sound I want the videos to feel like real workshop content: steel, welding, tools, machines, people, hard work, craftsmanship and cool industrial moments. I’m looking for someone who can not only edit, but also help me find the best story inside the footage. First step would be a paid test edit. If the style matches, I’m looking for a long-term collaboration with multiple short videos per month.
