Video Editor Needed for Nonprofit Donor Cultivation

YOUTH IMPACT DONOR VIDEO EDITOR I am looking for a creative video editor to produce a polished donor impact video for Global Kinship Center, a nonprofit organization focused on leadership development, youth empowerment, and community impact. This video will be part of a donor cultivation campaign for individuals who supported our YouthCares fundraising efforts. The purpose of the video is simple: help donors see the real young people their support is impacting and the leadership growth taking place through our youth programs. The final viewer should think: "My donation made a difference." and "I want to stay connected to this mission." PROJECT ASSETS PROVIDED I will provide: • Student video clips from youth leadership trainings (1 of 3 attached for context) • Photos and B-roll from programs in Florida, New York, and North Carolina • Student names and cities • Global Kinship Center logo • Written creative direction • Impact statistics • Suggested structure and captions You will not be starting from scratch. The concept and story structure are already developed. PRIMARY DELIVERABLE One finished 90-second to 2-minute video suitable for: • Email marketing • Website • Social media • Donor cultivation campaigns If possible, please also provide a vertical version for social media, but the primary deliverable is horizontal. BUDGET Fixed Price: $100 Potential for additional projects as this is the first in a multi-video donor cultivation series. CREATIVE STYLE The video should feel: • Authentic • Hopeful • Human • Inspiring • Youth-centered • Emotionally sincere • Professional Please avoid: • Flashy TikTok transitions • Glitch effects • Excessive animations • Loud influencer-style editing • Overly corporate slideshow presentations • Cheesy nonprofit music Preferred editing approach: • Clean typography • Simple lower-third name graphics • Thoughtful pacing • Subtle transitions • Emotional but modern music • Strong storytelling • Natural moments and expressions VIDEO CONCEPT Opening Text: "You supported YouthCares." "Meet the young leaders your support is helping empower." Students appear one by one answering the question: "Who are you?" Examples: "I'm Maya." Maya | New York City "I'm Jordan." Jordan | Fort Lauderdale "I'm Ava." Ava | Charlotte Each student's first name and city should appear on screen as they speak. Mid-video captions may include: • Finding Their Voice • Building Confidence • Strengthening Leadership • Creating Belonging • Serving Their Communities Include supporting footage from trainings, ropes courses, leadership activities, and community service projects. Impact Section: • 70 Youth Participants • 97% Reported Meaningful Personal Growth • 7+ Community Service Initiatives • Programs Across Florida, New York, and North Carolina Closing: Students answer the question one final time: "Who are you?" We care more about storytelling ability, pacing, and emotional intelligence than years of experience.
