Virtual Assistant Needed – Data Entry & File Organization (Google Drive + CRM)

We're looking for a detail-oriented virtual assistant to help organize client files for our home help services business. The task: 1. Log into our CRM (Freshsales) — login provided after hire 2. For each active client (150+ total), locate and download: - Time and task sheet - ID document - Completed forms 3. Create a new folder in our Google Drive for each client (named per our naming convention — provided at start) 4. Upload that client's downloaded files into their folder 5. Mark a shared tracking sheet to confirm each client is complete What we're looking for: - Strong attention to detail — no missed or misfiled documents - Comfortable navigating CRM software and Google Drive - Reliable communication and ability to follow a written SOP - Available for ongoing work if this batch goes well (we have other recurring data/file tasks) If you've read this far, start your application with the word 'ORGANIZED' so we know you reviewed the full posting.
