Voice Engineer/Consultant for Professional Voice-Changing Setup

Summary

I need a skilled, experienced voice engineer as a consultant/technical support to start a voice acting setup. I need help setting up PROFESSIONAL, REAL-TIME (emphasis on REAL-TIME) voice changing (i.e. male to female, and possibly other characters) on my personal computer. NOT PRE-RECORDED / NOT POST-PRODUCTION. It must be REAL-TIME: similar to professional voice actors and online streamers (like VTubers). The consultant should be able to recommend the software and hardware needed, and help me set them up. I am expecting at least 1 month of guarantee/post-implementation support in-case of any technical issues after successful setup.
