Web App Developer — Healthcare SaaS (US-based, ongoing)

MedConcerns is a clinical communication PWA built to help patients with communication disorders (especially post-stroke and brain injury) express symptoms and concerns during medical encounters across hospitals and healthcare facilities. We're live with our first enterprise client and focused on refinement, stability, and optimizing performance. We're a small, founder-led team. The core build is done, the app is in active clinical use, and we're now focused on quality, reliability, and responding to the needs of our enterprise client, while building a foundation that's ready for rapid growth. We're looking for a developer who takes pride in clean, maintainable work, and wants to stay with a product long-term. What you'll work on: - PWA feature development and iterative improvements - Bug fixes, performance optimization, and platform stability - Taking ownership of the codebase following handoff from our current development team - Infrastructure support across AWS and Vercel - Ensuring consistent performance and compatibility across devices What we're looking for: - Strong experience building and maintaining web apps or PWAs - Background in healthcare, health tech, assistive technology, or AAC strongly preferred - Excellent communication skills.
