I need a clean, completely deduplicated spreadsheet of all automotive-related businesses physically located within Sacramento County, CA. I do not need contact names, phone numbers, or emails. I only need the physical building addresses so I can cross-reference them with a title company and CoStar. Required Industry Targets (NAICS & Keyword Groups): Please ensure your search covers retail, specialty, and commercial B2B operations using the following classifications: Service & Repair: General Auto Repair, Transmissions, Body/Paint, Glass, Oil Change, Alignments, and Smog/Emissions Stations (NAICS 8111 codes). Wholesale & Distribution: Parts wholesalers, tire distributors, and auto wreckers/salvage yards (NAICS 4231 codes). Retail & Dealerships: New/used car dealers, retail auto parts stores, and retail tire dealers (NAICS 441 codes). Note: For map registries like Google Maps that do not use NAICS, please use the corresponding industry terms to ensure no specialty shops or wholesale warehouses are missed. Required Deliverables: Business Name, Street Address, City, Zip Code, and Primary Category. Data Cleanliness Requirement: The final list must be completely deduplicated. I want one unique row per physical building address, regardless of how many businesses operate inside it. In the case of a multi-tenant commercial building with multiple automotive tenants, please remove suite/unit numbers and deduplicate by the main street address so that each physical building is listed only once.
