Website Landing Page Creation, Speed Optimization & UX/UI Fixes

We're looking for an experienced Webflow developer and UX/UI specialist to support ongoing improvements to our website. This is a focused engagement with four key deliverables: 1. Landing Page Creation: Design and build new landing pages in Webflow that are visually consistent with our existing brand. Pages should be conversion-focused, responsive across devices, and cleanly structured for future scalability. 2. Website Speed Optimization: Audit and improve our site's loading performance. This includes asset compression, lazy loading, reducing render-blocking resources, and any Webflow-specific performance best practices to bring our scores up. 3. Google Search Console & Core Web Vitals: We need someone who can read and act on data from Google Search Console — particularly around Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS). Identify problem areas and implement fixes that move the needle on real-world performance. 4. General UX/UI Fixes: Review the existing site for usability and design inconsistencies. Propose and implement fixes that improve the overall user experience — spacing, hierarchy, responsiveness, interaction states, and anything that feels off.
