Our company is preparing for a major product launch, so maintaining website performance, SEO rankings, traffic, and lead generation throughout the migration is critical. Before committing to a platform, we want an expert recommendation on the best migration path, timeline, effort, risks, and costs. Scope of Work Phase 1: Assessment & Migration Planning We need a consultant who can: * Audit our current Wix website * Assess migration complexity and requirements * Recommend whether Webflow or WordPress is the better long-term solution * Create a migration roadmap and timeline * Define a staging/parallel-build strategy that allows the existing Wix site to remain live during development * Identify technical, SEO, and operational risks Phase 2: Migration Execution (Potential Follow-On Project) If selected, you may also be engaged to: * Rebuild the website on Webflow or WordPress * Migrate all pages, content, forms, and assets * Configure hosting and platform setup * Implement technical SEO best practices * Create and test URL redirect mappings * Configure analytics, tracking, and integrations * Conduct QA testing and support launch SEO Requirements Experience with technical SEO migrations is mandatory.
