Website Redesign (Designed and Coded into new site)

Our site currently in SquareSpace, which is very limiting in terms of how we can design the website. The elements they give us our very weak and we don't have much control on how they are placed. We want a complete re-brand that represents the themes of our country and technology. We want it to look very sleek and modern. Once it has been designed, we need the ability to modify it in a CMS by adding new content, pages, etc., just like in SquareSpace how we can adjust text and add new photos.
