What We Need This is a two-part project: • Part 1 — Full website redesign & development • Part 2 — Visual identity refresh (logo, brand assets, templates, social media kit) Part 1 — Website • Modern, mobile-first, responsive design aligned with our brand • Intuitive CMS manageable by non-technical staff, multilingual-ready • Homepage, Thematic Pages, Projects, Insights, About, Regions, Careers, AI Usage sections • Full content migration from current site with SEO continuity • GDPR-compliant analytics setup (Google Analytics, GTM, cookie consent CMP) • SSL, security protocols, 99.5%+ uptime on Hetzner hosting • German legal compliance: Impressum, Privacy Policy, BFSG accessibility statement • Personio integration for job listings; interactive global map • Training for IPC staff + full documentation handover Part 2 — Visual Identity • Audit of current brand assets; benchmark against peer organisations • Refined logo, palette, typography, and iconography for digital use • Full Digital Brandbook (editable + PDF) • Templates: MS Word, PowerPoint, bid/proposals, letterheads, business cards • Social media kit: carousels, banners, video templates, newsletter layouts • Accessibility-validated design (WCAG contrast & readability) Provider Profile We're Looking For • 7–10 years of experience; portfolio of 7–10 comparable institutional websites • Strong UX/UI, CMS implementation, and SEO skills • Solid understanding of German/EU web law (GDPR, BFSG, DDG, BDSG) • Team with designers, developers, and project manager • Experience using AI tools in design/development workflows is a plus How to Apply • A brief proposal describing your approach and methodology • A portfolio of 3–5 relevant projects (institutional/corporate websites preferred) • A cost estimate broken down by deliverable • Your proposed timeline and team structure All materials in English.
