I have 120 practitioner leads in Los Angeles with names, phone numbers, and websites. Job: Cold call all 120 leads. Qualify interest in a free website demo (homepage + 2 pages, ~24h delivery). Book a 15-minute review call — or if they prefer, set up email or WhatsApp communication instead. Let the lead choose what feels easiest. Pay: $40 flat for the test + 2% commission on every lead that becomes a paying client. What 2% means: My packages start at $2,000. Every client you book who converts = $40 extra in your pocket. Book 3 who convert = $120 bonus. Book 5 = $200 bonus. On top of your $40 base. Scope: All 120 leads. 3-day delivery. I provide: CSV with names, phones, sites, script draft. You provide: All calls completed, daily report, voice sample in proposal. This is a test with real upside. Perform well and this becomes weekly recurring work. For the ongoing partnership, we can and will renegotiate terms — I'm looking for a long-term partner, not a one-off gig. If you prove yourself here, we build together.
