Title: Inbound Appointment Setter / Discovery Specialist — Weekends + Some Weekday Evenings (Home Improvement) Overview Allied Outdoor Solutions designs and builds high-end outdoor living spaces — patio covers, outdoor kitchens, pavers, concrete overlays, pool remodels and more — across Texas. Our projects are significant investments for homeowners, so the first conversation matters. We're hiring a sharp, personable Discovery Specialist to cover inbound leads on weekends, plus select weekday evenings, when our homeowners are most active and our office team is offline. You'll be the first human a prospective customer talks to. Your job isn't to "sell" — it's to qualify the opportunity, build genuine excitement for a design consultation, and set a high-quality appointment. What you'll do Answer inbound calls and respond to web-form leads quickly (we live by a 5-minute speed-to-contact standard) Have warm, structured conversations to understand the project, timeline, and who's involved in the decision Confirm that all household decision-makers can be present for the in-home consultation — this is critical to us Book appointments into our calendar and set clear expectations so customers actually show Log every conversation, note, and outcome accurately in HubSpot Run light follow-up on leads that don't book on the first touch Schedule Weekends (Saturday + Sunday) are the priority window Some weekday evenings as volume requires Roughly [exact hours] hours/week — [fill in] You'll need to be available during peak inbound windows, not just "on call" What we're looking for Excellent spoken and written English with a calm, confident, professional phone presence Phone sales, appointment-setting, or inbound customer-service experience (home services / contracting a big plus) Comfortable leading a conversation and asking qualifying questions without sounding scripted Reliable, disciplined with CRM hygiene, and responsive during your shift HubSpot experience preferred; quick to learn our systems if not Compensation: [rate] — hourly, with potential performance bonus tied to appointment quality and show rate.
