We are looking for a true WhatsApp Business API expert who can help us build a world-class WhatsApp infrastructure for an online education / info-product company. We are NOT looking for someone who only connects WhatsApp to a CRM or creates basic automations. We need someone who deeply understands: Meta WhatsApp Business API WhatsApp deliverability Account quality & reputation Preventing bans and restrictions Message templates approval Scaling outbound messaging safely CRM integrations (GoHighLevel preferred) Automation flows Lead nurturing sequences Sales team WhatsApp operations Context: We generate thousands of leads every month through paid advertising and organic channels. WhatsApp is a critical part of our sales process. Our team uses it daily to contact leads, create conversations, book calls, and nurture prospects. However, we have experienced multiple WhatsApp account restrictions and bans, and we want to rebuild our entire infrastructure properly. We want someone who can come in, audit everything, and help us create the correct setup from scratch. Our goals: Build a stable WhatsApp infrastructure Scale to 100–200+ outbound conversations/day safely Improve deliverability and response rates Protect our Meta Business reputation Maintain healthy account quality Reduce the risk of bans/restrictions Create a system that can scale long-term We need help with: Full audit of our current WhatsApp setup Meta Business Manager / WABA configuration WhatsApp Business API implementation Phone number strategy Provider recommendations (Twilio, 360dialog, etc.) Verification & compliance setup Messaging strategy to protect quality rating Template creation & approval strategy CRM integration (GoHighLevel) Automation and follow-up structure A clear scaling roadmap for outbound volume Budget & Long-Term Opportunity: We are NOT looking for the cheapest freelancer. If you are truly an expert and you can help us completely solve our WhatsApp infrastructure problems, build a scalable system, and achieve reliable high-volume messaging without constant restrictions, we are willing to pay $2,000+ USD for the right solution. We care about expertise, real experience, and results. If this works well, there is also potential for an ongoing consulting/optimization role because WhatsApp is one of the most important revenue channels in our company.
