WordPress / Elementor Designer & Developer Needed (Commercial Real Estate Website) Project Overview I’m looking for an experienced WordPress designer/developer to assist with ongoing website improvements for a commercial real estate brokerage. The website is built in WordPress using Elementor. The immediate priority is redesigning and implementing a new homepage experience. I already have the overall structure, content direction, and design vision established. I’m looking for someone who can efficiently execute the design, improve the user experience, and bring the concepts to life within the existing WordPress environment. This is not a project requiring extensive branding or strategy work. I need a strong implementer who can take direction, make thoughtful design recommendations, and execute at a high level. Required Skills Strong WordPress experience Advanced Elementor experience Ability to work primarily with native Elementor functionality whenever possible Experience building responsive layouts across desktop, tablet, and mobile Understanding of UI/UX best practices Experience with website performance optimization and Core Web Vitals Familiarity with WPForms Experience implementing chatbots and lead capture systems Ability to create tasteful animations and interactive elements without negatively impacting site speed Initial Scope Homepage Redesign & Implementation Rebuild/redesign homepage based on provided direction and wireframes Improve visual hierarchy and conversion flow Create a more modern, engaging experience Maintain brand consistency Ensure responsiveness across all devices Animations & Interactions Add subtle scroll-based animations Implement interactive content sections where appropriate Improve user engagement through motion design Keep animations lightweight and performance-focused Lead Generation & Automation Configure and optimize WPForms Create and improve lead capture forms Set up automated lead routing and notifications Improve conversion opportunities throughout the site Integrate forms with existing marketing workflows where applicable Chatbot Implementation Recommend and implement a chatbot solution Configure chatbot flows for lead generation and qualification Connect chatbot submissions to existing lead capture processes Ensure chatbot complements rather than distracts from the user experience Site Performance Site speed is a major priority.
