WordPress - Expert Needed to Deal With Contact Forms and Ecommerce Notifications

I run a website design business. Once in a while I run into problems with getting contact forms to go to a client's email. I know there is an SMTP plugin option but sometimes that does nto work. I know there are other options. This has become a big problem for me. I am also having a problem once in a while with email notifications coming to the admin or the buyer regarding Woo Commerce purchases. I need someone that is an expert t this as well. This job is a once in a while thing. However, if you can deliver, it will be a little bit of work here and there for a long time. IMPORTANT - I need someone who i an expert. I need someone who has done this many times before.
