WordPress and Elementor Specialist Needed

Seeking an experienced WordPress and Elementor expert to perform a complete audit, cleanup, and optimization of my roofing company website, The website has been maintained by multiple developers over the years and currently contains approximately 54 installed plugins, including 35 active plugins and 19 inactive plugins. I need an experienced professional to review all plugins, identify unused, outdated, abandoned, duplicate, or unnecessary plugins, evaluate potential plugin conflicts, legacy code, security concerns, and SEO issues, and determine what can be safely removed. I am also seeking a review of website performance, Elementor configuration, Google Search Console, local SEO, and overall site structure. My goal is to determine whether the website can be cleaned up, optimized, and modernized while preserving existing SEO value, or whether a rebuild is truly necessary. Experience with WordPress, Elementor, technical SEO, local SEO, and service-based businesses is strongly preferred. I am not looking for a generic website redesign. I am specifically seeking a technical audit and professional assessment of whether the existing website can be optimized and modernized before considering a rebuild.
