Job Description We are looking for an experienced YouTube growth and monetization specialist to review and optimize our YouTube channel. Our channel focuses on Quran recitation, Tafseer, and Islamic educational content in Bangla and English. We need an expert to perform a complete channel audit and provide actionable recommendations to improve channel performance and monetization readiness. Responsibilities Review the entire YouTube channel Audit channel settings, branding, and SEO Analyze videos, playlists, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails Check compliance with YouTube Partner Program (YPP) policies Identify any issues preventing monetization approval Recommend improvements for watch time, subscriber growth, and audience retention Optimize channel keywords and metadata Provide a detailed report with step-by-step recommendations Assist with implementing approved changes Requirements Proven experience with YouTube channel growth Experience helping channels qualify for YouTube monetization Strong knowledge of YouTube SEO Understanding of YouTube Partner Program policies Ability to provide examples or case studies of previous work Deliverables Full channel audit report Monetization readiness assessment List of policy or content issues (if any) SEO optimization recommendations Action plan to improve channel performance Proposal Questions How many YouTube channels have you helped monetize?
