What You'll Be Editing * Aviation & flying vlogs (flights, maintenance projects) * Day in my life vlogs * Educational videos (how-to, Q&A) * Potential for occasional short-form content (YouTube Shorts, Reels, etc.) Typical video length: * Raw footage: 1–10+ hours * Final videos: 20–40 minutes What I'm Looking For You should: * Be an experienced YouTube editor * Use Final Cut Pro * Have a good understanding of aviation, specifically ATC communications * Have strong storytelling instincts * Be comfortable cutting large amounts of footage into a compelling narrative * Be able to identify sections that can be removed without losing the story Editing Style My videos combine the typical "aviation flying vlog" style (e.g. CitationMax) with a more girly, fun, chill vlog style (e.g. Ava Jules). Think more "creator documentary/vlog" than flashy MrBeast-style editing or highly technical videos.
