Responsibilities: * Turn long-form videos into 3–5 YouTube Shorts (20–45 seconds each) * Create strong hooks and high-retention edits * Add premium captions and motion graphics where appropriate * Deliver content optimized for YouTube Shorts and X Requirements: * Experience editing viral or high-retention Shorts * Strong understanding of pacing and audience retention * Ability to identify the most engaging moments from long-form content * Portfolio of previous Shorts work To apply: 1.
