Our content helps everyday drivers save time and money by breaking down complex mechanical issues into easy-to-follow, step-by-step tutorials. We are looking for a skilled, long-term Video Editor who understands how to keep viewers locked in from the first second to maximize Average View Duration (AVD). What You Will Do: - Edit long-form YouTube tutorials (10–20 minutes) using raw garage footage, diagrams, and overlay graphics. - Create high-retention intros (the first 30 seconds) using tight pacing, sound design, and visual hooks. - Seamlessly integrate text callouts, component labels, and diagnostic steps to make the learning process clear. - Use smart pacing, zoom-ins, and pattern interrupts to eliminate boring pauses and keep the viewer engaged.
