YouTube Channel Manager Needed (History Documentary Channel) I’m looking for an experienced YouTube Channel Manager to help grow a history/documentary and nba-focused YouTube channel. What I’m Looking For: * Proven experience managing and growing YouTube channels * Strong understanding of the YouTube algorithm * Experience improving CTR, audience retention, watch time, and overall channel growth * Knowledge of thumbnails, titles, SEO, and content strategy * Ability to analyze channel performance and make data-driven recommendations * Experience working with documentary, history, educational, or storytelling channels is a big plus Responsibilities: * Develop a growth strategy for the channel * Optimize titles, descriptions, tags, and metadata * Advise on thumbnail improvements * Review scripts and content structure for retention * Analyze analytics and identify opportunities for growth * Help improve audience engagement and subscriber growth * Provide regular reports and recommendations Requirements: * Show examples of channels you’ve helped grow * Explain your role in their growth * Share any results (subscriber growth, views, CTR improvements, watch-time increases, etc.) * Strong communication skills * Fluent English preferred To Apply: Please send: 1.
