YouTube Editor For Vlogging Couple

NO FACELESS YOUTUBE EDITING OR AI! WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO EDIT REAL PEOPLE. I’m looking for a skilled YouTube editor who understands more than just cutting clips — I need someone who knows how to edit for retention, engagement, and real subscriber growth. This role is for someone who can help my videos gain authentic viewers, real subscribers, meaningful comments, likes, and shares through smart editing and YouTube-first strategy (no bots, no fake engagement). What You’ll Do: • Edit long-form and/or short-form YouTube videos for maximum watch time • Add clean graphics, subtitles, sound effects, and zooms where appropriate • Optimize videos for viewer retention and algorithm performance • Collaborate on thumbnails, titles, and overall video structure • Understand YouTube trends and how to turn content into shareable moments We would be looking for something that’s a mix of these videos actually. Cinematic but also blends in our talking and fun moments into it. A video that feels fun yet nostalgic. But the video is shot in DLOG. So it will need Luts/color grading applied.
