YouTube Podcast Manager | SEO, Uploading, Thumbnails & Channel Growth

I’m looking for an experienced YouTube Podcast Manager to help grow my faith-based podcast and manage the publishing side of my YouTube channel. My content focuses on Christian faith, healing, identity restoration, marriage restoration, and personal growth. Responsibilities: * Upload podcast episodes to YouTube * Create SEO-optimized titles and descriptions * Research keywords, tags, and best practices * Design engaging thumbnails * Organize playlists and optimize channel content * Monitor analytics and provide growth recommendations * Help increase views, subscribers, and overall channel growth Qualifications: * Experience managing YouTube channels * Strong knowledge of YouTube SEO * Podcast publishing experience * Thumbnail design skills (Canva or similar) * Strong communication and attention to detail Nice to Have: * Experience with faith-based, coaching, or personal development brands * Experience creating or repurposing content into YouTube Shorts To Apply: Please send examples of channels you’ve managed, results you’ve achieved, and your monthly rate.
