Summary

We're a multi-clinician healthcare practice using IntakeQ/PracticeQ for scheduling and Monday.com for team project management. Each clinician currently has their own individual calendar in IntakeQ, but we have no unified way to see all clinicians' booked appointments and open availability in one place. We need a no-code/low-code automation built that syncs appointment data from IntakeQ into a shared Monday.com dashboard, showing both filled (booked) appointments and calculated open slots across all clinicians.
