E-commerce Designer (CRO-Focused)

We’re a digital agency working with ecommerce brands, and we’re looking for a talented designer to join us full-time on an ongoing basis. You’ll be designing the assets that directly drive revenue for our clients: high-converting landing pages, on-site widgets, product page sections, and promotional creative. This isn’t brand-identity or print work — it’s performance-focused ecommerce design where the goal is always conversion. What you’ll be working on: -Landing pages for paid traffic campaigns (concept to polished, dev-ready Figma files) -On-site widgets and UI components (announcement bars, upsell modules, bundle builders, sticky CTAs, etc.) -Product and collection page layouts within the Shopify ecosystem -Design iterations based on performance data and A/B test results You’ll be a great fit if you: -Have a strong portfolio of ecommerce design work — we want to see landing pages and store designs, not just dribbble shots -Understand conversion rate optimisation principles — visual hierarchy, friction reduction, social proof placement, mobile-first thinking (CRO experience is a big plus) -Are highly proficient in Figma (components, auto-layout, organised dev-ready handoff files) -Know the Shopify ecosystem — theme structures, what’s realistic to build, common app widgets -Can take a brief and run with it, but also push back with better ideas when you have them -Communicate clearly and reliably — you’ll be collaborating closely with our existing designer and the wider team
