E-commerce Growth Manager (Amazon + Shopify), Shower Filter Brand

Summary

We are a fast-growing shower filter brand selling across Amazon, Shopify, and selected marketplaces. We are looking for a hands-on operator who can take ownership of revenue growth, advertising performance, and e-commerce operations. Responsibilities: 1. Amazon & Marketplaces -Own Amazon Seller/Vendor Central performance. - Manage and optimize Amazon PPC (SP, SB, SD). - Improve TACoS, organic rankings, conversion rate, and profitability. - Optimize listings, A+ Content, Brand Store, pricing, bundles, and promotions. - Manage inventory forecasting and replenishment planning. - Support expansion into additional marketplaces. 2. Shopify & DTC Growth - Own Shopify store performance and revenue growth. - Improve conversion rate (CRO), AOV, and customer retention. - Optimize product pages, landing pages, offers, bundles, subscriptions, and checkout flow. - Coordinate website development and testing initiatives. 3. Paid Acquisition - Manage Meta and Google Ads campaigns end-to-end. - Develop creative, audience, and offer testing frameworks. - Improve CAC, MER, ROAS, and overall contribution margin. - Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability. 4. Analytics & Growth - Build KPI reporting and performance dashboards. - Identify growth opportunities across pricing, positioning, funnels, and channels. - Work directly with founders to execute growth initiatives. Requirements: - 5+ years managing consumer product e-commerce brands. - Proven experience growing Amazon and Shopify businesses. - Strong Amazon PPC expertise. - Hands-on Meta Ads and Google Ads experience. - Strong CRO and Shopify store optimization experience. - Strong analytical and P&L management skills. - Able to operate independently with minimal oversight. Preferred: - Experience with home, wellness, water filtration, beauty, or personal care brands. - Experience managing brands above USD $1M annual revenue. - Experience with Amazon DSP, Klaviyo, and international marketplace expansion.
