E-commerce Video Editor — Mini-VSL & Long-Form VSL for Skincare (Meta Ads)

Summary We run a fast-growing D2C skincare ecommerce brand and we need a Video Editor who specializes exclusively in Mini-VSLs and long-form VSLs (3 to 10 minutes) for Meta Ads. This is NOT a short-form or social content role. If your portfolio is TikToks and Reels, this is not the right opportunity for you. What we need: Edit Mini-VSLs and VSLs from script to final delivery (3–10 min), built to convert on Meta Sync voiceover, B-roll, product footage and testimonials into a persuasive narrative arc Kinetic typography, subtitles and on-screen hooks calibrated for long-form retention Rapid iteration based on performance data Clean, premium aesthetics consistent with a skincare brand You must have: 2+ years editing VSLs or long-form direct response ads for ecommerce brands Proven experience in skincare or beauty niche — portfolio required, no exceptions Deep understanding of what keeps viewers watching past the 3-minute mark Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve proficiency Fluent English We offer: Competitive base rate Performance bonuses up to $1,000+/month based on video results Path to long-term full-time collaboration Remote, async workflow with weekly syncs
