eClinicalWorks (eCW) Billing & Payments Consultant – 1 Hour Trial, Ongoing Work if Good Fit

We are looking for an experienced eClinicalWorks (eCW) consultant with a strong understanding of patient billing, payments, and practice workflows inside eCW. We are a patient billing, engagement, and payments platform with hundreds of live healthcare clients. We already have developers and engineers handling the technical integrations. We are not looking for a developer. We need someone who knows eClinicalWorks from the operational/user side and can work directly with our product and engineering teams to help us better understand and refine workflows such as: Patient payments and payment posting Patient balances and statements Billing and collections workflows Payment plans Insurance vs. patient responsibility Encounter-level payments and allocations Refunds, credits, and adjustments 835/837 workflows and reconciliation Front-desk and billing-office workflows Reporting and reconciliation inside eCW Best practices for integrated third-party payment platforms Your role would primarily be to screen share with our team, walk our developers and engineers through real-world eCW workflows, answer workflow questions, and help us identify where our integrations can be improved or simplified. Ideal candidates may be: Former eClinicalWorks employees Current or former eCW practice administrators Revenue cycle/billing consultants with deep eCW experience eCW trainers or implementation specialists Experienced eCW “super users” Healthcare billing and payment experience is extremely important. This would initially be a consulting engagement, but there is potential for ongoing work as we continue expanding and improving our eClinicalWorks integration.
