The Role The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating new qualified opportunities for their Sales Executive partners. This is an outbound sales role focused on the dental vertical in which the SDR prospects and cold calls & emails to medical and dental practices to successfully position the Operator Labs value proposition and set meetings. his position provides a direct path to a full sales cycle role. Requirements: What You'll Own: Execute on a high velocity outbound sales strategy to reach monthly demo targets Achieve daily KPI targets (call volume, dial time & connections) Qualify and book demos for inbound leads Leverage sales tools to increase efficiency and reach more medical and dental offices What you'll Bring: SDR or Sales experience and/or a keen interest in entering a career in Sales Experience selling over the phone Excellent communication skills whether you’re on the phone or sending an email Strong outbound, cold-calling experience Intelligent, go-getter, scrappy, determined, ambitious, self-motivated, and hungry for success Great time management skills and ability to self-manage Work well independently and in team environments
