AI lead generation

We are a building materials supplier serving contractors, remodelers, property maintenance companies, and multifamily renovation contractors. We are looking for an experienced automation developer to build an AI-powered lead generation and sales prospecting system. The system should automatically identify contractors from sources such as Google Maps, business directories, and permit data, enrich contact information using tools like Clay and Apollo, score leads based on relevance, generate personalized email/SMS outreach, and push qualified leads into HubSpot for follow-up. Our product categories include flooring, baseboard and trim, doors, cabinets, blinds, mirrors, lighting, plumbing fixtures, and other renovation materials.
