13–15 minute fantasy animated short film / cinematic sequence

I’m looking for an animator, animation team, or small studio to create a 13–15 minute fantasy cinematic short film based on a D&D campaign scene. The project is the intro to a D&D Campaign. The heroes arrive at an ongoing battle outside enormous city walls, where allied factions, demons, siege engines, magic, soldiers, and Commander Estelle Vorrin are already engaged in the fight. The tone should feel epic, dark, emotional, and cinematic. I am open to either stylized CGI, Unreal Engine/Blender cinematic animation, anime-inspired animation, or a motion-comic style with animated effects and camera movement. I understand that a full 13–15 minute animated short is a large project, so I’m open to discussing what style is realistic for the budget and timeline. Deliverables I’m looking for include: A storyboard or animatic before full production A 13–15 minute final video Cinematic camera movement Fantasy battle visuals Character and faction introductions Optional music, sound effects, and voiceover if offered Skills needed: Fantasy animation 2D or 3D animation Storyboarding Cinematic editing Battle/action scene composition Visual effects such as fire, smoke, magic, explosions, and siege warfare Strong communication throughout the project I prefer to work in stages: first discussing the concept and style, then approving a storyboard or animatic, then moving into full production. I would like regular progress updates and clear communication about what is realistic before committing to the full film.
