UX/UI refinement for WordPress agency website (not a full redesign)

I’m looking for a UX/UI web designer to refine an existing website for my automation systems agency (FlowLogic Automation). The site is already built — I have completed the full structure, messaging, and content. I am not looking for a full redesign, but rather a high-quality refinement to elevate the overall user experience, visual hierarchy, and perceived level of quality. --- ### ✅ CURRENT SETUP The website is built on WordPress using Bold Builder (Avantage theme). It includes: • Full site structure (About, Services, Case Studies, Results/Survey funnel) • Defined offer positioning (Agency Operating System, Audit, Retainer) • Completed case studies (with before/after + KPIs) • A working survey funnel (WPForms) that: - Calculates a weighted readiness score - Stores the score using JavaScript (localStorage) - Redirects users to a /results page with dynamic output --- ### ✅ TECHNICAL ELEMENTS ALREADY IMPLEMENTED • WPForms (multi-step form with scoring logic) • Custom JavaScript: - Stores user score before submission - Passes score to results page via URL parameters • Dynamic results page: - Displays % score and tailored messaging - Uses conditional logic based on score ranges • WordPress pages built via Bold Builder: - Structured sections already in place - CTA buttons and navigation integrated --- ### ✅ WHAT IS COMPLETE • All content (copywriting + messaging) • Page structure and layout (foundation level) • Business logic and flows (survey → results → CTA) • Offer positioning and conversion intent --- ### 🎯 WHAT I NEED HELP WITH I now need someone to take this from: “functionally complete” → to “visually polished and high-impact” Specifically: --- ### 🔧 UX/UI REFINEMENT • Improve spacing, alignment, and section balance • Clean up visual hierarchy across all pages • Refine typography and consistency • Ensure better flow between sections • Improve readability and scanning --- ### 🎯 CONVERSION / UX FLOW • Improve CTA placement and prominence • Ensure pages guide users toward key actions (audit booking) • Improve structure of sections (reduce friction, improve clarity) • Make the experience feel more intentional and premium --- ### 🎨 VISUAL QUALITY • Make the site feel more “polished” and professional • Improve consistency across sections • Refine use of colour, spacing, and layout • Avoid anything that feels like a template --- ### ⚠️ IMPORTANT I am NOT looking for: • A full rebuild • A theme change • Heavy development work • New features This is primarily: → UX refinement → UI polish → visual system improvement --- ### ✅ WHAT I’D LIKE FROM YOU Before moving forward, it would be helpful if you could: 1.
