Affiliate Manager - CJ (Commission Junction) Platform

We're looking for an experienced affiliate manager to run and grow our affiliate program on CJ.com. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Manage our existing CJ affiliate program day-to-day - Recruit new high-quality affiliates and publishers - Negotiate commission structures and placements with partners - Monitor performance, optimize payouts, and cut underperformers - Identify and onboard media buyers, coupon/deal sites, content creators, and loyalty partners - Set up and manage promotional campaigns and seasonal pushes - Provide weekly reporting on revenue, clicks, conversions, and ROAS - Ensure compliance (no brand bidding, no coupon poaching, clean traffic only) REQUIREMENTS: - 2+ years managing affiliate programs specifically on CJ (Commission Junction) - Proven track record growing affiliate revenue for DTC/ecommerce brands - Experience recruiting and managing publisher relationships - Understanding of attribution, cookie windows, and commission structures - Familiarity with competitive affiliate landscapes (coupon sites, cashback, content affiliates) - Strong communication and reporting skills NICE TO HAVE: - Experience in home, sleep, or lifestyle categories - Experience with other networks (ShareASale, Impact, Rakuten) in addition to CJ - Knowledge of influencer/creator affiliate programs This is an ongoing role.
