Amazon Seller Central Specialist (Books) – Seller Central Management

We’re looking for an experienced Amazon Seller Central specialist to help manage and optimize our Amazon presence. The client is Lisa Greer, bestselling author of Philanthropy Revolution and The Fundraiser’s Handbook, and we sell her books directly through Amazon Seller Central. We’re looking for someone who knows Amazon inside and out, especially the operational side of Seller Central, and can help us resolve ongoing account issues before moving into growth and advertising. We need someone who understands Amazon’s systems, policies, support processes, and best practices and can confidently navigate Seller Central without a learning curve. Initial Priorities Our first priority is getting our Seller Central account operating smoothly. We’ve experienced ongoing issues that require someone who understands how Amazon works behind the scenes and knows how to work with Seller Support when needed. Examples of the work include: * Troubleshoot and resolve Seller Central account issues * Investigate listing, inventory, fulfillment, and account health problems * Open and manage Seller Support cases until they are fully resolved * Monitor account health and ensure compliance with Amazon policies * Identify operational improvements and best practices within Seller Central * Help us understand why issues are occurring and recommend long-term solutions Once the Account is Running Smoothly After our Seller Central account is fully optimized, we’d like your help growing our Amazon sales through advertising and optimization. This may include: * Creating and managing Amazon Advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, etc.) * Optimizing listings for conversions and visibility * Keyword research and campaign optimization * Improving organic rankings and sales performance * Analyzing performance metrics and making recommendations based on data * Identifying additional opportunities to grow book sales on Amazon We’re Looking For Someone Who: * Has extensive hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central * Has successfully resolved complex Seller Central issues * Understands Amazon policies, support processes, and account health management * Has experience managing Amazon Ads with measurable results * Is proactive and enjoys solving problems * Communicates clearly and keeps projects moving * Can explain technical Amazon issues in plain English Nice to Have * Experience selling books or publishing products on Amazon * Experience improving listings and conversion rates * Knowledge of Amazon SEO and keyword optimization To Apply Please include: 1.
