Book formatter + self-publishing setup — print interior, EPUB, and KDP/IngramSpark launch

I need my final edited nonfiction manuscript (~100K words, 33 short chapters, letter-style formatting — salutations, sign-offs, occasional lists) turned into professional print and ebook files, and set up for publication. I want someone who can both produce the files and advise on discoverability (metadata, categories, keywords), not just data entry. Timing: the manuscript will be final by mid-to-late July, so formatting would begin then. No hard launch deadline yet — I'd rather it be done right than rushed. Deliverables: -Print-ready interior PDF to KDP/IngramSpark spec (trim size, margins, bleed, embedded fonts, running heads, page numbers, front/back matter) -Validated reflowable EPUB (working TOC, clean chapter breaks) -Set up the title on KDP (print + ebook); advise whether IngramSpark is worth adding -ISBN guidance (KDP free vs. my own Bowker ISBNs under my imprint) -Optimized metadata: title/subtitle, 7 keywords, best 2 categories (plus requesting niche categories), and help refining the description copy -Pricing guidance, pre-upload checklist, and walk me through (or handle) upload + proof approval Special requirement — exact page count: The final numbered page of the main text (the end of the last letter) must land on page 333. This is intentional and part of the book's design. Front matter numbered in lowercase Roman numerals; main body begins at Arabic page 1; back matter after the last letter carries no page numbers. Please plan trim size, margins, and leading so the last letter ends exactly on 333 while still looking natural and readable. I can share a prior typeset version that already hit 333 as a reference. Please confirm you can hit an exact final-page target before we start.
