Book cover, art, interior designer needed for business memoir book

I have a book nearly completed and being proofread right now. I would like to have a cover created and the interior layout done for both ebook (kindle) and hardback. This is my first book, not really sure what else I will need ... but the objective is to get it published and available on Kindle primarily and hardback (limited). I also need to look into Audio Book format. I am open when it comes to budget, total cost, etc.. Just want it done right and in a timely manner. I really want to get this out there ASAP. Not looking for perfection .. nice professional finished product the goal. This book is a memoir and business book. Photo being uploaded is just an example made on canvas
