Canva Brand Kit + Template System Project We’re looking for a Canva designer/brand systems specialist to help organize and build a reusable Canva template library for our marketing team. We already have the core brand assets in place, including brand guidelines, logos, colors, fonts, and existing marketing materials. We need someone who can take those assets and turn them into a clean, organized, easy-to-use Canva system that our team can use consistently across campaigns. Project Scope This project includes: Auditing and setting up our Canva Brand Kit Organizing Canva folders and assets so the team can easily find what they need Creating 30-40 fully editable Canva templates Applying consistent typography, spacing, layout rules, and brand usage Creating a simple template instruction guide so internal users know how to update and use the templates correctly Template Types Needed Templates may include: Facebook and Instagram ad graphics Instagram Stories LinkedIn graphics Webinar promotion graphics Event promotion graphics Testimonial graphics Recruiting campaign graphics Stat/metric graphics Carousel templates Deliverables Final deliverables should include: Fully editable Canva templates Organized Canva folder structure Clean, consistent template system aligned with the brand Simple usage guide with instructions for editing copy, swapping images, maintaining spacing, and using the templates correctly Ideal Fit We’re looking for someone who has experience building Canva systems for marketing teams — not just one-off graphics. The right person should understand brand consistency, template usability, hierarchy, typography, and how non-designers will actually use these templates day to day.
