Key responsibilities - Track outstanding information requests and follow up persistently - Process and organize incoming documents - Verify information against original sources - Identify missing, stale, or inconsistent data - Maintain a clear daily view of progress and unresolved work Ideal temperament - Naturally persistent—you dislike leaving things unresolved - Extremely detail-oriented without becoming slow - Comfortable working independently - Quick to surface problems and recommend solutions - Calm, professional, and effective when following up with people Ideal candidate You are an organized operator with excellent judgment and written communication. You take ownership, close loops, and can be trusted to tell us exactly where things stand. Experience with public records, research, contracts, or data-quality work is helpful.
