The core AI engine and feature scope are detailed below. Key Features - JD parsing & structured requirement extraction (skills, experience, qualifications) - Resume parsing (PDF/DOCX) and structured data extraction - AI-based JD-Resume match score (%) with explainability - Skill-gap analysis — missing/matching skills highlighted - Red flag detection (gaps, inconsistencies, exaggerations) - AI recommendations — interview questions, fit summary - Recruiter dashboard with candidate ranking - Bulk resume upload & batch processing Tech Stack - Frontend: Angular - Backend: Java / Spring Boot (REST APIs) - AI/ML Layer: Python (LLM-based) - Database: PostgreSQL / Firestore - Cloud: Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, CI/CD) - Auth: Firebase Authentication Responsibilities - Design and implement backend APIs for resume/JD analysis - Integrate AI/LLM models for match scoring and insights - Build responsive Angular frontend for dashboard - Set up GCP infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines - Ensure scalable, secure architecture for B2B SaaS Requirements - Strong experience in Java/Spring Boot + Angular - Hands-on with AI/LLM integration (prompt engineering, embeddings) - GCP experience (Cloud Run, IAM, Cloud Build) - Understanding of resume parsing & NLP basics
