I run a newsletter with about 40,000 subscribers in Mailchimp, plus 10 additional, disparate email lists that were never properly merged in. A large portion of the main list is dead or disengaged, and I'm seeing signs that may indicate bot/fake opens (e.g., a suspiciously high share of opens coming from a country with no connection to my audience). I want to get my sending reputation on solid footing before ramping up subscriber growth.
