What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is equally comfortable with email design and email marketing execution. We’re looking for someone who can create polished, professional email campaigns that feel more custom and premium than typical drag-and-drop templates. You should have experience with one or more of the following: Designing within Constant Contact Building custom email templates HTML email development Responsive email design Email design systems and reusable templates Email marketing automation The goal is not simply to send emails. We want our campaigns to look exceptional, reinforce our brand, and drive engagement. Examples of projects may include: Property listing announcements Market reports Investment opportunities Company news and updates Event invitations Broker outreach campaigns Lead nurturing sequences Strong candidates will understand both: Design Layout and visual hierarchy Typography Mobile responsiveness Call-to-action optimization Brand consistency Creating visually engaging emails that stand out in crowded inboxes Marketing Audience segmentation Campaign strategy Automation workflows Performance reporting Drip campaigns Lead nurturing Conversion optimization We currently use Constant Contact but are open to exploring alternative platforms if they provide meaningful improvements in design flexibility, automation capabilities, reporting, or overall marketing effectiveness.
